I Friabili – crispy and tasty
The Friabili are particularly crispy and tasty little breads. With a very high proportion of rye flour (>90%) as the main raw ingredient, they are easily digestible. Caraway and fennel as spices make the difference and give these little breads their special character.
The Friabili are well suited as a bread substitute for sausage and cheese, as a snack with a good glass of wine or a refreshing beer, as a soup garnish or as a snack for the small hunger in between. With the Friabili you can prepare delicious appetizers: with cream cheese spread, ajvar, hummus, with pieces of sausage or cheese, but also with salmon or caviar. Let your imagination run wild.
